Russell T. Brown, Counsel, received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and was graduated from Rutgers College. Mr. Brown specializes in commercial and civil litigation and is a member of the New Jersey and Maryland Bars, appearing regularly in state and federal courts.
