Jared R. Cooper received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University with a major in Sociology and a minor in Environmental Policy. Upon graduating from Rutgers, he owned and operated a marketing and promotions company for three years in New York City. Mr. Cooper went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law where he was President of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. Following law school, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Olivieri – Presiding Judge of the Hudson Vicinage Chancery Division. Mr. Cooper is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and concentrates his practice in commercial and corporate litigation.
