Michael J. Ferro, Jr., the firm's senior partner, was graduated cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross, and earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal, and an L.L.M. from New York University. Mr. Ferro has 35 years of experience structuring sophisticated domestic and international commercial and financial transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ferro also regularly counsels corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals in legal matters pertaining to business organization and development, commercial real estate transactions, secured financing and estate planning. Mr. Ferro was a member of the Associate Board of Directors of United Jersey Bank, the Summit Bank Advisory Council and the Fleet Bank Advisory Council. He is presently a member of the Bank of America Partnership Alliance and the North Fork Bank Chairman’s Club. Mr. Ferro enjoys an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
