Maxine E. Harelick received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the Annual Survey of American Law. She was graduated with Distinction from The State University of New York at Binghamton and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Harelick specializes in securities law, contracts and a wide variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and limited liability company and limited partnership transactions. Ms. Harelick is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars.
