Maxine E. Harelick received her J.D. in 1989 from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the Annual Survey of American Law. She was graduated with honors in Economics from The State University of New York at Binghamton and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Harelick specializes in securities law and a wide variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and financings. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harelick was Counsel in the legal department of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. in Pearl River, New York and was previously associated with the law firm of Pitney Hardin Kipp & Szuch. Ms. Harelick is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars.
