Miriam W. Hermann was graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, cum laude, and received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the Review of Law and Social Change. Ms. Hermann is a business lawyer, counseling clients in day-to-day legal and contractual matters, in a wide range of industries, including, as examples, the information technology, financial consulting, and outsourcing services sectors. As a transactional attorney, Ms. Hermann specializes in a wide variety of corporate and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements and financings, limited liability company and limited partnership transactions, loan transactions, and the sale, acquisition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars, and has been selected for inclusion as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics and New Jersey Monthly in its SuperLawyers - Rising Stars Edition, in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Ms. Hermann co-chairs the Education Committee of Yeshivat Noam, a private elementary school in Bergen County, and is a member of its Board of Trustees. Ms. Hermann is proficient in Hebrew.
