Miriam W. Hermann was graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University, cum laude, and received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the Review of Law and Social Change. Ms. Hermann is a transactional attorney, specializing in a wide variety of corporate and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements and financings, limited liability company and limited partnership transactions, banking, and the sale, acquisition and leasing of commercial real estate. Ms. Hermann also has significant experience representing radio station clientele. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars. Ms. Hermann is fluent in Hebrew.
