Arthur P. Zucker specializes in commercial and business litigation, business counseling, white collar and corporate investigations. Mr. Zucker was graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland and received his J.D. cum laude from The Washington College of Law of the American University. Mr. Zucker is a former Assistant United States Attorney, State Prosecutor, and has extensive trial experience in the federal and state courts. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney. Mr. Zucker has been an Adjunct Professor of Appellate Advocacy at the Seton Hall University School of Law, a Master of the C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court and a guest commentator on CourtTV.
