Mr. Zucker was graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland and received his J.D. cum laude from The Washington College of Law of the American University. Mr. Zucker is a former Assistant United States Attorney, State Prosecutor, and has extensive trial experience in the federal and state courts. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney.
