Geralyn G. Humphrey, Counsel, received her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and graduated summa cum laude from St. Joseph’s University. Ms. Humphrey represents clients in business and real estate transactions, including business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial loans and other financing and investment transactions, and the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial, residential and multi-family real estate. She has served as a panelist/presenter for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and other organizations on a variety of business and real estate topics, and has also been a contributing author to business and real estate publications. Ms. Humphrey is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
