Michael A. McDonough, Counsel, received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a Notes and Comments Editor for the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary and was graduated from the University of Scranton. Mr. McDonough is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and regularly appears in state and federal courts. Mr. McDonough specializes in the area of complex business disputes and construction law.
In 2022, Mr. McDonough co-authored an article in the NYLitigator, which is a publication of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association, entitled New Jersey’s “Entire Controversy Doctrine”: A Trap for the Unwary New York Litigator. He is also the Articles Editor for the Newsletter for the Construction Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, served as a moderator for a continuing legal education program sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association titled “Hot Topics in Construction Law” in December of 2022 and is the Co-Secretary of the Construction Law Section for the New Jersey State Bar Association..
